Default My hands are peeling and shiny is that RSD?

It's driving my crazy. I can't stop picking at the dry peeling skin in the palm of both of my hands. Underneath the dead tough skin is super shiny skin. My CRPS has just started spreading to my right arm and abdomen. Does this mean its spreading everywhere? I have been ill for 10 years, it has been contained to my left arm. All of a sudden everything is changing.
