RSD,

If it is any comfort I know how you feel.

After getting CRPS I have had many bouts of crusty painful eyes and chronic digestive problems. The last days have been dreadful, so bad I am bed bound from stomach pain and nausea. I am living on cream of rice cereal and mineral water. It is unsettling to be hungry, but fearful to eat. I also have to be close to a toilet.

I had a huge set back after traveling a fairly short distance for the holiday. I needed help to get from the car into my house-the pain was through the roof. Fortunately, the jade infared mat eased this, but now after several sleepless nights I am experiencing a new insomnia pattern.

RSDme,

Thanks for giving the update in spite of the pain in your hands. I am glad your eye is improving and hope your other symptoms settle too.

Many people find endoscopy and other diagnostic procedures anxiety producing. I think it natural to be concerned about results, especially if you are having symptoms. I hope all goes well and you are comfortable throughout.

Sending thoughts of healing and comfort,

BB, I hope you feel better soon and your pain goes back down. When you feel like adding to the cream of rice you could try something from the BRAT diet for upset tummies. Bananas, Rice, Apples, Toast....

Sending gentle hugs,
