Happy Happy Birthday IHH!!! w00t!!!

You have a wonderful independence birthday. What a cool day to have it, might I add

ICE CREAM CAKE!!!! ICE CREAM CAKE!!!! ICE CREAM CAKE!!!! I absolutely adore them, and haven't been able to find one at the grocery store since we moved here Frogga, ice cream cake is a thin (approx. 1/2 - 3/4 " thick) cake that you roll up with ice cream, like a cinnamon bun is rolled. Lots of people frost them, but the ones in the grocery store are plain, which is how I like them. Frosting can be too rich and sweet for me.

So IHH, eat an extra piece for me, and enjoy yourself at the mall. Buy something that smells pretty.

I hope it doesn't cause you too much pain on the 5th... but it'll be worth it anyway. Here are two spoons in advance, darlin.

Huggers,
Rogue

Hey IHH

Whoops. I forgot that you Americans have such weird words for things. Like your Jelly, is our Jam etc. However, I think that the equivalent of UK Jelly is Jello - it's made of gelatine and is made into a big wobbly dessert of various flavours, eg raspberry or strawberry and tastes awesome with icecream!

The ice cream cake looks awesome! I'm planning on showing it to a couple of mates and seeing if we can have a go at making it ourselves. Well, when it's warmer! We actually had HAIL today! BIG HUGE pieces, apparently the car got dented by some of them! Weird weird UK!

I may not be around much at the moment because I had an RSD spack fit this morning and hit my bed tray, sending my laptop and a mug of green tea everywhere - and my laptop has exploded. Gr! Such fun! Oh well.

Have an awesome day tomorrow...!!!

Love ya tons babes!!

Thanks a ton everyone! I had a beautiful afternoon with my grandparents. Lunch was wonderful, I ate (too) much and then we had a lovely stroll through the mall- though my grandmother hadn't had *any* experience pushing wheelchairs, so I ended up with my footrest (luckily not my FEET) into a dew displays (pop did better). We had some good laughs and I had a fun time with my grammy in Bath & Body and Claires~ she had no clue what most of the stuff there was!

So, it was lovely. Ahh, the cake- ice cream cake with balloons. Fine, I'll just show you the pic, so you can see the cake for yourself:

(that's one of my little sis' with me)

I got off easy- we had NO cake candles in the house at all, so we used two tea light candles.

I got to see a *wonderful* firework display and I had as good of a birthday as possible by resting in between and trying not to flare up anything. I ate, talked and bought a few things (ahh, I LOVE clearance!! I bought EVERYTHING- just stuff at Claires and B & B- on clearance!). I found nifty head bands that pull my hair off of my (allodynia ridden) face! I received some fun stuff for my birthday. Thank you all here for making such special notes here for me- what a sweet gift!

FUN!!
