LOL, we might have to pull a U-ey and double back for her if the bus doesn’t cooperate with me! Claudia...DL is back there somewhere. I told you all; she fell to sleep way back in Alabama somewhere. Maybe that she crawled under that massive pile of luggage to get some peace and quiet? When you find her, poke her and get her to WAKE UP!

Well....if it is a booger back there, we will just get Joan to get after it with a shot gun or something! I am sure that she has one of those lying around that farm of hers......and, here is a stupid question; What is “ditchweed”? I know about...erm....one kind of special brownies, and the “special ingredient” in them is a type of....erm...Plant, shall we say. But, I haven’t heard of Ditchweed??? Or, is that just a.....well....Midwesterner term for that speial plant ingredient that I DO know about?

We need to go and get poor sue too, as she is STILL sitting out on her dorr step, and I told her we would be there tonight! I sure do hope that Liz and Barb are awake and get in this bus when we get stopped, and I REALLY hope that Joan is back from her pumpking hunting excursion when we get there. Someone needs to bake the pumpkin seeds when she scoops them out of the pumpkin. I LOVE baked pumpkin seeds!!! YUMMMMM!!!!!

LOL Now I can splain it to you gals since you finally picked me up.

Ditchweed is the wild marijuana that grows in every pasture, every ditch (hence the name) in our area. Birds love the seed and help to spread it. We have boy plants and girl plants. It can grow 7 feet if you don't shred it off. NO, we don't want to burn it. That's a No No around here. It's not the same "quality" as the medical stuff. They actually used to grow it here during WWI. , you know, for the hemp to make ropes. We jokingly call it our "cash crop".

I either need to be drunk or high on that ditchweed that farmwife is talking about. First time I ever heard it called that. My Dad did tell me about them working in it at wartime making rope out of the hemp. He said they were told not to stand near it when they were burning it. We have to buy it, it's illegal and our ancestors got to work in it. I always wondered about why Daddy was so mellow. LOL

Claudia, you'd better take over driving for Jose for awhile. We can't afford all of those tickets she's getting.

Now, we are trying to track down Sandel.....which is hard, being as she is “Geographically Challenged”, and I am “Directionally Dysfunctional”, and don’t have anyone up here paying attention and helping me navigate this thing! ROFL.

Plus, the fact that she seems to go one way....then turn another.....and then turn back....and then head in the totally opposite direction......is makes her hard to track down! ROFL. You guys back there....Keep your eyes peeled, and help me look for Sandel, meandering down (or up...or across...ROFL) the road on her Superduper Solar/Wind Charged Scooter Thingy. It is easy to tell where she has been, at least, since all of the lights are out along her path! ROFL. Now...if we can just catch up and actually SEE the lights going out, we will have her!
