Frogga,
I am so sorry about your fit - it sounds terrible. I have never had a fit, however I do have severe spasms in my leg. I really think you should have gone to the hospital - afterall its better to be checked out. I would suggest that you see a Psychologist - I know you have told me that you don't like seeing them but I have heard that some Psychologists are great and can help with depression - maybe they would teach you some coping excersises.
