Sue,
I am so glad that you are still having pain free days. It must have been so hard for you not being able to play with your grandchildren for all those years. I am so glad that you are getting better.
Your grandchildren/family and friends must be so proud of you. I am proud of you too.
Sending pain free hugs and best wishes your way
Take care
All my love
Alison

Heart

Thanks Ali,
One of my biggest problem mentaly was that I could not do things with the kids that I wanted to. Right before my first grand child was born I had the hip replacement that lead to the RSD. So I have been like this for all of thier lives. I have 5 grand kids. Alex is 8, Ariana is 6 Jocelyn is 4, William is 3 and Kaitlyn is 8 mo. Its been hard to sit and watch everyone else do things with them that I couldn't. I had always wanted to be like my grandmother, she was the best. Mabey now I can do some of the things she used to do with me. Thanks for your kind words. You are such a good kid. I am just so sorry for what you are going through.

Love Sue

Default Hi Sue,

My Grandson told 3 of his friends last week that he had the coolest grandmother ever. They were sitting here at the computer and I was serving pizza and drinks to them. It took me 20 years to get here. The boys are 14 and 13 now and it's been in the last 2 years that I can enjoy them. Bill took care of them for me.

We watch funny videos on the computer, we watch comedies on tv, we play games and I help them with their homework, what little I can help them with. Boy am I behind times.

I definately know how you feel and I am very excited for you that you can do this. It shows us that we can get better and get back to as much normalcy possible for each of us.

I do know about that car ride too. I was so bad that I couldn't stand to ride in a car. It drove me crazy. Hurting, not being able to get comfortable and the sun would mess with my eyes so bad that I couldn't see. I'd get too hot and then too cold in the car. I never dreamed I'd ever get to where I am right now. I still have issues but I can see things getting better in other ways.

I hope you continue to do better and enjoy those kids and babies. I still call my two babies. Dustin and I had a few words last night. He is being a teenager. We sat and talked and he thinks he's grown up enough to make his own decisions. He called me later and apologized for the way he acted with me. My Nurse said between the ages of 14 and 16 they are pains. My Dr. says their hormones are raging like a woman with menopause. I said Oh, God.

Anyway, I am glad that you are getting better and I hope you continue to do so. I can hear the excitement in your words and I am happy for you.

Ada
