Thanks all
Just to point out that the picture doesn't show the ankle rotation that well, especially given the position of Alisons other foot. If you were to look at the legs front on you would notice that the left ankle is rotated outwards at about a 70 degree angle The physios tried everything in the early days to stop this rotation (before diagnosis) but each time they got it back to lateral it rotated out a few degrees more until it "locked" in the position it is in now and refused to move at all
