I had a hysterectomy in 95 due to fibroids and other problems. The Dr. I had was suppose to do a complete one due to all my problems. He decided he'd leave one overy in that wasn't any good. So in 2001, I had to have the other one taken out along with a lot of scar tissue and ended up with RSD in that area. The hospital where I had the surgery knew nothing about blocks and still don't or I would have had one the last surgery. It turned out my other Dr. said the overy most likely wasn't any good and should have been taken out at the first surgery. Now I am paying for a Drs. mistake. This Dr. also got ran out of town not long after my surgery also.

It's hard to know what to do to deal with what is going on with you. Any surgeries though I would ask for a block first.
