I twisted my ankle yesterday. I am in so much pain! What can I do? I have tried everything that I know.
I also have been having a new pain. It feels like my bones are exploding. When I take a step or pick anything up my bones first feel like they are on fire (not new), but then they feel like they explode, and I should have shards sticking out of my skin. UGGGG. So many new things since right before it started to spread TIA
