Default Epidural Catheter?

I had posted about this a year ago and decided to wait. I went back to the same place but different pain doc at Cleveland Clinic who before the scs though I need the epidural catheter and then pt twice a day for month or six weeks. After to be able to continue pt at a lower level. That I have increased my walking on my own but it is not enough cause I need to strength train and do range of motion which I just can't do from pain no way.The walking is still hard but I am building time on my morning walk and during the day able to do more but in pain.My issue is inner ankle /foot/calf and also spread to less degree to other leg Has anyone found help from this or did you still need further treatments like a scs? Thanks
