Have it in both feet & sometimes they hurt so bad it feels like I walk on bruises. And yes it is bone deep. I take Calicium with Vit D every day as I have osteopenia in my hip bones. Probably cause I don't walk enough cause it hurts too darn much. They either burn & ache or burn only or ache only all the time. My ankles feel sprained bone deep sometimes too.
