Debbie,
I hope you keep us posted on the Pycnogenol. I took it about 11 years ago but can't remember why I started taking it.. I think someone had suggested it for Fybromyalgia, but can't remember if it helped or not. I had thought about taking it again, but would love to hear some feedback on it from someone that is taking it..
