I have to agree there, most surgeons are only concerned with what they can cut on.. if you can't be fixed surgically, they want nothing else to do with you. I do have to say though, that we were extremely lucky. Reed's ortho doc who is mainly a surgeon is the very first one who said RSD and recommended Reed's first pm doc. Had he not been so well informed, Reed may still be on crutches today instead of walking.
