PM
Hi everyone and Happy New Year!! Hopefully 2009 will be a better year for us all! I'm writing because I am looking for another pain managment doctor. My current PM I like, though he is a very agressive doctor. He is a anthesiologist as well so he is looking at trying the nerve blocks and such. I would like to find a doctor who will try to treat from other angles including diet and psychological and possibly alternative therapies. If the doctor was an anthesiologist and treated from these angles that would be great! I have heard that there are pm's that have conservative approaches and alternative approaches. Just don't know how to go about this.If anyone has any input I would really appreciate it. My head is spinning and sometimes I just want to avoid the topic of treatment because there is so much to think about.I'm sure here some of you can relate to that. By the way the title of this post was supposed to be PM's conservative vs alternative approaches. I apologize in advance if this post dosent make sense as I am not feeling well.
