HBOT is oxygen therapy. The sessions are called "dives". You're put into a chamber and they lower the pressure inside. Each time you "dive", they lower the pressure a bit more each time. The chambers are bigger than they used to be and it's all clear so you can see all around you. You receive something like 10-15 times the oxygen that normal. Lots of people have had good results doing it and seen some improvement. Like with anything else, others have done it and not gotten much or any benefit at all. You never know until you try though.
