Hey Mary,

It's great to see you back here - I have missed you and have been wondering how you were doing because I know you weren't that well the last time we spoke! I'm so sorry to hear that your flares are coming more often now and that they are more severe - I really hope you get something to help you soon as you don't deserve to be having to deal with all of that! It's such an hard decision about getting the Pump or SCS and I wish you the best of luck with your decision and I know that you will make the right choice - just listen to your body as you know it better than anyone else and do lots of research and weigh up the pro's and con's before agreeing to do anything that you might not be 100% happy with!!

Thinking about you and hope to see you around more soon!!
