Hey Bobber,
You mentioned postponing the surgery for 6 weeks. I'm confused----do you really want a surgeon operate on you that doesn't know about RSD. Do you have confidence in this surgeon? Surgery is critical thing when we have RSD. It can get worse-the RSD. I don't want to scare you, but you want to be sure regarding surgery and your diagnosis.
Where do you live? Close to the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio?
I'm not comfortable with what's going on here. Is this WC or private insurance? The RSDSA is a national organization that you may get some good names from or at least a rsd support group location and phone number. You can get a lot of good information from a local group, regarding Drs. etc.
