ive got rsd in both legs,,,i drop quite a few things and break many a cup,,but i think mine is more to do with when im in pain and irritable and angry with the discomfort and breakthru pain ,i try to get dishes washed faster so i can get off my feet,,,i think mine is neglagence stemmed from the irritablity of the shock of it all,best to you,,and good luck to everyone
