Good to hear.

Good for you.

My worst insomnia comes in spurts and lasts for days or weeks. Sometimes I can't get to sleep and other episodes I can't stay asleep. I'm not complaining mind you since I mostly do get enough even though it's at times I'd never choose.

Happy for you. Nice when our bods take control in a good way. Had a surprisingly good day myself.

Like you, I go days with very little sleep - and then I will sleep for 20 hours straight. It is a horrible cycle, but I have learned that you have to take the sleep whenever you can. That is how it is for me. If I feel sleepy at 4:00 pm, I go to sleep - KNOWING that I will wake around 11:00 pm and then be up all night and exhausted the following day. It is a terrible way to live - but I have no Rx that helps me sleep and Pain to prevent Sleep .... SO?? What am I to do?
