Lightbulb ger715,........................................... ...................................

I am seeing someone. But, that's only 50 minutes, once, a, week.
Also, she's focusing on other, things, also.

Default RE: I won't forget you

Dear phylis, It is sat. morning. I am thinking about you. During the week I try to let people know they are not alone in their suffering. so many of us here are in pain. I hope you have found a moment or two to take time out, just to sit and think some kind of good thought. I pray alot. If prayers would work, as many as I said, the people on this site would be doing carwheels and out of pain. Emotional pain is terrible. I go through it daily as my family abandoned me when I became disabled. I became a burden to them. so I have my family here, and few close friends I thank God for. I want you to know I won't forget about you. Please write to me anytime you have a need and I will listen. Please be good to yourself, and do some kindness toward another, even if it is just in a grocery line. Have heart that others do care about you. ginnie

Ponygirl - I too am at that point, a little more then halfway but still raising heck when I can. I have Major pain issues but that is another story - this is YOUR thread. That said, try not to be too anxious as it drains us in ways we may not realize. I like to think i am getting older and better - hard a lot of the time but worth the effort. Spirit will not give more then we can handle, although at times it may seem so - we have to keep the faith in ourselves -
and stay in touch with our own beliefs.
Take care and feel better

Default Hi pony girl

Hello and I hope you are OK. Try just to enjoy each single day, without thought of tomorrow. Try meditation, and blanking your mind out. I turn 60 tuesday, and I am beyond half way point. I have medical issues as well. When I get really bummed out, I read. It takes you far away to other existances, away from your own life. I am reading "The Cat's Table" About some young boys, on an ocean voyage, getting into all the nooks and crannys aboard the ship. It is about growing up, and what we all learn. Great read, and an adventure. I first tried reading when I was coming home from Mayo clinic. I could not stop crying. At a rest stop I picked up Ann Mcgathrys The White Dragon. I wound up riding a dragon, and visting the land of Pern. I stopped crying too. I use this as an escape, and it does work. I do wish you all the best. A peacefull and restfull Sunday. I hope you have a friend to turn to. Tap back at me anytime. ginnie

This moment in life .. is my cup half full .. is common to many .. I told Adoni the first 40 were mine and I did as I pleased .. the second 40 were his .. send me where ever you want me .. I don't care how rough it gets .. I will go. I have been on a dead run ever since .. both 40's have been a trip.

Hebrew word habal .. be lead astray .. into temptation .. or, it also means "an adventure." Instead of praying the King James "and lead us not into temptation - like what is going on here .. we are accusing a loving God of "leading us into temptation?" Instead, I now pray "and let us not be lead astray (as we follow our paths of adventure.")

Don't Panic .. It's Organic!

Default Dear Kamas Praire

I like what you posted. I study as much religion I can in every faith. I was given the passages from Habakkuk from a friend. one of the 18 Emendations 1:12. I am also reading a history of Jereuslem, a Biorgaphy. I also have some thing to pass on that has meaning in my life. I have passed these words on to others. "No one will demean or in anyway violate the sanctity of another creature. Every barrier that presents or limits intimacy between us will be removed for all eternity. We will be healed of all brokenness and distortions."
I think what the people of neruo talk do, is exactly what this passage means. I am glad to read the post Kamas, ginnie
