I am sever MS, was on tysabri. Missed my infusion on 12-2 as sick. Had another one set for last Tuesday. About 2 hours B4, neuro office called and said I had to come in 1st. That would have blocked my infusion and I was still with touch protocall. Dear God I'm sorry now, but I really got into it with the nurse. I went into neuro office and he fired me. I have been unable to get a new neuro or infusion site. I'll go anywhere - do anything. I think I am going into an attack now. I feel the old ms sx all going back. Please please pray I do not go into a MS attack Please pray somehow I get a new neuro this week and my infusion. The 1st attack was so mad till I am almost positive the next will take me out - as in walking... I need help. Please Crying so hard I can't even read. Thank You

Sheena I'm so sorry this is happening to you. Maybe if you posted this same thread on the MS forum more of the MS folks will see it. Just a suggestion......

You say your Neuro "fired you". How does that happen? They work for us. Did he give you a reason that he won't see you anymore? Is he still offering Ty to other patients?

Regardless of the reasons I hope you can find an alternate doctor who can treat you. I know it's hard to do but try not to get so stressed out about this. It's Sunday and you can't really do anything about it today. Just start fresh tomorrow morning and call around to see who can give you an appointment.

Sheena, I'll keep you in my prayers. I know it has been said a thousand times, but sometimes things that we percieve as bad at the time, have a silver lining. Perhaps you will find a neuro that is a better fit for you.In the meantime, praying that you can find some comfort and peace and not go into a flare.

I'm so sorry, Sheena. Try to stay calm so your emotions don't impact your flare and make it worse. (I know, easier said than done).

I hope you'll update us on how things are going for you and whether you are able to find another neuro quickly.

Thank you all for your prayers and support. I would like to tell to u what I have always believed and what happened after my last post.

1st I believe where two or more join in prayer "it shall be done". For a couple of days after my last post my MS improved and I felt of. Then back again. But, I find it a miracle that the MS improved. if only for a short time. I am so grateful. Who knows, those days may have been enough for me to make it to my next infusion.

My cog is bad and getting worsre - all getting worse now. Weak - MS stms...

I have lost or give up my 7yr old to her father. I can't care for her. She seems fine there. Suprise to me. But, Girls take to daddy's so maybe best. But, I do miss her so.. she will start in a new school in Jan. I always had a feeling she was meant for them. I was just the cow how carried her. - Sorry, I'm hurting bad.

Nothing really moving on next infusion or Dr. 2 app. in Jan. both hrs ways. I guess I wait , hope and pray.

BTW - if MS - you wk for the Dr. or your out. They could care less about a few hundred every so mos. Atleast the case w/mine.
