Its FRIDAY!!! YAY

Today is Friday and the start of the weekend.

I have just finished my first few days minding my granddaughter Cara. And boy is she a treat.....she brightens up my whole day she really does. She has the most gorgeous smile. Now I know you are saying, WHAT IS SHE DOING:eek:but let me tell you my husband is here with me , helping out with the lifting and carrying. He is great with her and its funny watching him on the floor with her:D

Still have that flipping buzzing in my head. Im thinking maybe its a cold I have although I dont have a fever or anything like that. Going to my GP on Monday, as I cant appointment until then. Im hoping that it will be gone by then.......as if I dont have enough to be going on with!

Lying here on the couch and Im getting a lovely massage down my legs from my SCS. Its so good for that it really is and it helps me to relax. I do look forward to this time of the day.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and that you will be as pain free as possible

Like Jackie has a couple of blessings, yep! Cara, Hubby, now if we can be rid of the buzzing that annoys.......

Well, sweet Jackie, we pray that the buzzing be banished and that you enjoy your weekend with Cara and your Hubby,
That about says it for a special friend,

Hi

Hi guys

Sorry I haven't been around lately but just lots going on.

Am waiting to have some tests done on my eyes/head in the next few weeks as my headaches are severe at times.

Also waiting to have another tweaking session as the previous ones are causing me more pain than good!!!! Nightmare!!! But I do have one program that really helps my legs which is a bonus!

Have had my grand daughter here for the past few weeks while my daughter returned to work. She brings so much joy int our house. Luckily my husband has been around to help with lifting and carrying her around when needs be. So grateful for that. School holidays start end of this week so my babysitting days will be over til September.

Hope you are all doing well on this sunny but chilly Sunday.

Will pop back soon again

Jackie :)

Tweeking and tests

Hi Jackie,
Sorry to hear you haven't being doing so well, I hope you're tweeking and what not helps you feel better. Hopefully the tests will yield some results, I hate having test that show nothing because then you're none the wiser!
I had some tweeking to my stim recently and it didn't make any difference, i'm going through a bit of a tough time too, the stim is working reasonably well for my legs but my back is really, really painful and i'm finding it difficult but as usual for me i'm trying to stay positive and hope for the best, im waiting on an appointment from my consultant hopefully this week so pg i'll get somewhere.
Stay in touch, I think you have my email address and i'd love to hear from you, myself and Jenna were just thinking about you the other day and wondering how you were getting on.

Take care and chat soon

Sinéad :) :grouphug:

Oh to think of the three of you getting together

Jackie, it is so hard to have to bear up under the pain not only of the stim giving fits, but to have headaches as well. My dear Cleo of late has had migraines, and I will share that those situations frighten me when she goes through the classic symptoms and they just pop in uninvited and all. She has been through much neurological testing as well for these episodes and has come away knowing not much after than before...... and yet we continue to put one foot in front of the other!

May your tweaking and testing be well and produce good results and needed information so treatment may be worked out for you.

ALSO, I understand you, Jenna, and Sinéad are nearly all in the same neck of the woods..... makes one almost want to be a fly on the wall if the three of you get together! Yes it does at that!

Be well my friend,
Mark56:hug::hug::hug:

Im going to the hospital on Monday to have some Goldman Visual Field tests done on my eyes. Apparently this is similiar to an ECG on the heart!. I have blinding headaches at times especially in the evening and also dizziness. Im hoping that its all due to my low blood pressure! as I do suffer badly with that. And unfortunately, there is nothing to be done for low blood levels as opposed to high blood pressure.

Another tweaking session on Tuesday morning too. Last time I got three new programmes and they were of no benefit at all once I got home into my usual routine.

Ive good days and bad days and its hard to find a good balance at times.

Hope you are all keeping well. I read Jenna's posts and wow Im in shock. She is going through so much, which makes mine all the more trivial.

I will pray for you all and hope that you all have a lovely weekend
