FIONA!
![]() This thread has me completely intrigued.......SO....... I have consulted with my personal canine detective agency...... ![]() ........ Let's just say Fiona .......DROPS one of her controllers in the loo........ has her DOG retrieve it for her....and HER dog chews on it a bit.....which of course would make Fiona VERY angry.....so, she throws the controller at HER dog......but then quickly comes to her senses......and remembers her policy small print......so, she runs out into her yard and throws the remote at the NEIGHBORS dog, who....of course thinks she is playing 'fetch'....and the neighbors Dog....thus CHEWS on the remote...... So THIS brings to the table a reason to have the canine detecive agency on board......and believe me, hiring one of these is probably not cheap....... so.......maybe ?.....maybe she should have just left the damn thing in the loo. But what if Fiona were at her neighbors house and it fell in her NEIGHBOR's LOO!! ![]() I'd hate to be the sorry insurance adjuster who has to be the one on the scene trying to make a CASE out of this!! ![]() |

You're so funny, Rae. Hopefully the ins. gal won't have to deal with such a wild scenario, should I ever have to file a claim
![]() I'm hoping the adjustor she was getting her info. from was thinking straight and giving her correct information...he was off work, at home, dealing with his problem septic system...so he was up to his hiney in "you know what". Hey, I wonder if that would be another legit. way to lose my remote...it fell in the septic tank. Of course, if it falls in my loo, it ends up in the septic tank anyhow. Don't think I'd go washing that off ![]() It begs the question, if it falls in the loo, does the insurance company want to see the "damaged goods"? |

And I thought Charles Schulz had Charlie Brown hitting his head on a tree for some reason. Maybe that was why Lucy was always getting the 5 cents for psych consultation.
Maybe we need to have these legally classified as some artificial life form [you know, since we name them and all] and seek inclusion of them as family members under our health insurance...... ![]() Oh, Good Grief ![]() Mark56 PJ ![]() |

(?) I"m wondering if CHARLIE has an SCS by now?! So then, yes, she turns around and sets up the psych booth - one smart gal. Snoopy tho......he takes the cake. And I LIKE the idea of carrying our SCS's as family members under our policies.......which would THEN mean - couldn't we go one step farther and use them as a TAX writeoff as household 'dependents'.....? .....especially since our kids our grown up and leaving! We could maybe STILL break even! Last edited by Rrae; 09-16-2010 at 04:30 PM. Reason: typo |

So every time I go to the loo I'm wondering, "OK, where are those remotes?"
I'll be guarding those babies with my life if that's how much they cost to replace, esp. since I don't have a neighbor dog to blame it on. As Mark mentioned in another thread somewhere, I feel like I'm going around with them, saying "My precious, my precious..." |
