reason why Saffy needs our prayers for the strength and courage to cope with all this. This is all so stressful for her. God love her. We all are heavy hearted with her; but thankful she will be first on the list.

So sorry for all the mess you are dealing with. They shouldn't have let you sit there for so long.
Hopefully the time will go by quickly . Sending prayers your way. You've been through so much.

I should say he has the most delightful voice for a puppet, although the timbre is a bit in the high register! So, if your puppet was running that video, it was an enjoyable look at a fine day on a nice bay!

Hi Karen,
It's true, the crew just didn't want to work past 6pm, and I don't think they care about the persons thats been building themselves up all day, your hungry ****** off, cause your just waiting, and then to be told later on in the month. What's wrong with the next day.

Either way hun I hope all goes well and I'd love a date too for my second SCS. I truly hope you feel better soon and you get a date that doesn't change, I hope they put you on first thing in the morning.

Chat soon

Hello my lovely friends .. well, here I am again!

Received a phone call yesterday from a colleague of Mr. Yianni's secretary Michelle, as she wanted me to know as soon as possible that another date has been sorted. Michelle had had to go home with this winter vomiting virus that is doing the rounds.

I am booked in on 17th February and have to be at the Hospital for 7am .. as I am first on the list ! I'm not crossing my fingers .. nothing can go wrong this time ... "cough"

I was in such a state when I came home the other week that the Doctor prescribed me Zopiclone to help me sleep. I've been wondering why I've not been able to do anything but sleep all day every day since and decided to look them up on the internet .. Hahah .. I didnt know they were akin to Rohypnol. I wont be taking them quite so regularly now.

Pain wise, at the mo it is draining me. The weather here in the UK is cold .. for us .. and I'm not able to get out and am stuck in the house ... my body siezes into a big spasm with the cold, so I am have been pretty boring and doing .... nothing. I feel I have to apologise to my husband because I feel so useless .. he's cool with it ... but I still feel guilty that I am unable to even walk around the house without feeling as though I am going to conk out with exhaustion.

Anyway .. thought you would like to hear the news ...

Mr. Yianni told me last week that I would have another scar .. bigger than the last .. I said .. DO I CARE? Hahah .. not at all .. and they are going to have to do two incisions in my side to get the two leads into the battery this time instead of one.

Hey Saffy

Hi Karen,

Please God nothing will happen with this date and your surgery goes ahead as planned on 17 Feb, it's very close just over a week and something to look foward to, they aren't going to change your date now, not after after the last time.

Please God in a few weeks you'll be on your way to getting better and stronger and you can walk? Do you think they'll send you to a Rehab hospital afterwards?

Stay in touch and I'm extremely happy for you x x x x x

Hey Saffy n Sophie

Well, it is about time, and I truly hope your doc does not have to fly off to another piano concert [Oh, just a slight similarity of names to the pianist]...
anyway Karen, I am with Sinéad on this and I truly pray please God that your date is FIRM, for REAL, and not a PUT OFF......

And oh, by the way, while I am at it, Sinéad, you dear lady, may you soon find out about your Nevro situation!!

Methinks you BOTH could do with pain management Relief!!

Prayin,

I should be in hospital .. Mr. Yianni says up to 10 days, but 7 is the usual, so I will do most of my recuperating there.

The programming re my stim will start from scratch on the Monday following the operation. Yayy. I am determined not to feel a nuisance, and rush things, but to,take my time this time, and ensure they get it as good as they possibly can.
