OMG Karen,

You poor thing, please God it's enough to explain your recent pain. I'm sure this can be fixed with antibiotics and once that's done, your Consultant can get on with fixing your other problems.

I'm sorry it got that bad that you had to call an ambulance, I only did this myself a few weeks ago, but I'm very happy that you did ring them.

I'm finally in hospital myself to sort out my meds and a few other problems.

I know you must be frightened, Karen....but trust in what we've all been praying for.

It's about TIME your Dr wakes up to this! I'm angered at him. It's been obvious to us thousands of miles away and I just don't understand what on earth he was thinking! I will try to refrain from bitterness and PRAY for your medical staff rather than cussing. I just hate it that you've been going thru all of this.

May God grant you Peace in all of this and that the infection will clear up very soon. You've been through too much

I am absolutely sick about the situation in which DEAR SAFFY now lies. Redress once healed is what I contemplate: yet, I should imagine in a state run medical facility populated by state employed physicians dispensing state run you name it, the state would reply

VERILY, IT IS UPON THE FOUNDATION OF OUR IMMUNITY AS THE STATE WE BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY TO THE ILL TREATED.......

So, does one who votes in this country, any single person, EVER contemplate what has been thrust upon us at the hand of career politicians who inhabit the hallowed white marble mausoleums of Washington D.C., that is while EXEMPTING themselves cleverly from inclusion equally within said governmental system of which all of them are so proud? Who among them has ever pondered the words of our pledge "with liberty, and justice for all" or the notion of equality, egalitarianism.....

Startled look appears on face of the cynic......

How easily we in America have forgotten our Constitution which provides all MEN are CREATED equal....... where is it written after creation those inalienable rights with which we are vested include the CONGRESS SHALL NOT BE FORMED OF AN ARISTOCRATIC CLASS OF INDIVIDUALS WHO, BEING BETTER THAN THE COMMON CITIZEN by divine right of election to office, avoids inclusion in Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and the newest bright kid on the block- the hallowed PelosiCare, a program for the proletariat......

who, despite being one who used to earn more than a congressional husk elected to rich fortune, while they receive a full retirement upon a single term, full congresional medical care dispensed at government or military hospital facilities, and the use of military post commissaries and post exchanges for the rest of their lives at government subsidized pricing intended for those who with honor serve in the military for relatively little pay, uncertainty as to their safety, and uncertainty as to the provision for their families if they are killed in action as was the case with the recently lost nephew of my wife's sister-in-law. When will the American electorate awaken.

Saffy is rushed to hospital regarding a life threatening infection caused by someone who is probably immune from action for being in state medical practice...... the very same result under PelosiCare.

Dear Dear Saffy, how we ache for you, learning VERY HARD LESSONS OURSELVES AT YOUR RISK OF LIFE because care has been sloppy, benign, almost uncaring..... and you are left with that horrible wound on your back, infection, and worse, a generator site which itself may be infected?????? Oh Saffy, we reach across from the land of uninformed voters and PRAY MIGHTILY FOR YOU, AS IT SEEMS PRAYER YOU RECEIVE CARE IS ALL WE CAN DO FOR YOU AT THIS POINT, ALL WE CAN EVEN DO FOR OURSELVES AT THIS POINT.

I PRAY Saffy, you are healed from this vile course of events and that your body becomes healthy and whole while your pain becomes managed by appropriately functioning healthily installed combination of hardware and software.

Hi guys,

I've just received a text message from Karen, she's very worried and upset, the poor woman, they're taking her down to Theatre now to remove her Felix and obviously she's devastated. I've tried to reassure her as I went through the same thing and what's even more interesting is that our Stims come from the same manufacturer.

She's asked for our prayers and I know there are plenty out there, even I will say one.

God bless her with love and healing.

Oh my Lord this is terribly alarming. Thank you Sinead for keeping us up to date on this devestating situation. I am completely numb.....in shock....
I'm so glad she has you nearby to console her.
How terribly frightened she must be. Karen has tried SO HARD to make these surgeries work and has pinned every last ounce of hope on them.....and knowing that you've been thru this too Sinead

We who are here, detached from her reality feel somewhat helpless. It's only human nature to want to lash out and blame someone or something on this, especially since we saw this coming as Karen came here for love and support and no one else to turn to for advice. I feel very very angry at her doctor for letting it get to this point. I guess it isn't helping anything by feeling this way toward her overseers. This is a good opportunity to reach out and pray for them.....but still I'd like to reach out and ......

Obviously my humanity is wanting to block my spirituality right now.
This just can't be happening to her, it just isn't right!

I'm so sorry about all this Karen. I know you know how much we care. Please try with all that you've got to hold on to the faith in which we band together. Lord God please lift this burden off of our dear precious friend.
