No offense, but it kinda creeps me out! Not something I'd want to run into in a dark alley, bad dream, or peanut butter jelly time wit a baseball bat....

Default Thanks Dr Smith

Thank you Dr Smith.....Im beginning to think that I might have the same problem!! I too over-exert occasionally, well not occasionally really....A LOT if Im truly honest!!

Had another mini 'turn' on Thursday night after I tried to get up off the couch, having been lying there for a few hours nothing strenuous but hey who knows!!!

Never really thought much about it.... Usually the day after over-exerting something, or while overexerting something.... Then there are the ones that come out of nowhere....BAM! (No, mine aren't due to any deficiencies - just stupidity and craziness...)

Default RE: spasm

Sorry you have had to experience spasm. Do investigate it further with your doctor. You have already found out they are horrible, "shocking" even. I had them after my spinal fusion in the hospital. I was given Soma, and had that medication for awhile. I was also given zanax for a short period of time for that as well. Hope that condition stops, and won't repete. ginnie
