Heart OOooooooooo

Therapy hurt. Then they put me on a traction device. Uncomfortable.......

But... this evening, arm pain has declined a bit! Therapy again tomorrow, and an oxygen consult after that. Get all of this stuff behind, then start pressin on!!

Miles to go before I sleep,
Thank you all,
Mark56

Teeth Today, Today the 6 of Dec

Therapy, still pains, but helping with the muscles I reckon.

I was so happy to learn after oxygen testing the portable unit which had been ordered for me was unnecessary!! One less piece of "baggage" for me to tote! Hurrah! So I use the O2 and CPAP to sleep and my bride is able to sleep, wondering whether I have died now because I sleep so quietly! Couple of nights ago, I awakened and what to my wondering eyes did appear but the glare of a flashlight and a breathless woman wondering whether my bucket had been kicked over!!! I can't do it right if I am snoring, and I can't do it right if I am sleeping soundly!

I guess I will just keep on keeping on.......... She will get used to my restful sleeping once again

Gratefully Blessed,
Mark56

Heart Mark...

I remember my mom saying that it does take a bit to get used to....NOW she goes on and ON about how wonderful it is and how amazed she is that it makes such a big difference in so many areas! Simply getting the proper good sleep has a ripple-effect in so many areas of our health.

Sounds like MRS-Mark56 is having more of a time getting used to it than YOU are! She is an amazing woman ( I know this because I've had the wonderful opportunity of meeting her!......yes, I'm boasting! )

God Bless the both of you!
Rae

Smile Well Thank You Rae!

She is so much more amazing than I could ever have imagined. A Christmas Blessing just in her being, so I told her at brunch today. Now, if I could become easier to live with it would be a better world. Workin on it.

Oh yes, breathing as one sleeps does tend to HELP one rest. I had no clue.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...............

enjoy the family
it has been always my time to let meds
kick in and then take a break
come back later
i don't know what to say
about the arm
it remains the same
but you are right
whenever i can push myself
and get to share
there are times i cannot
stop

the full length of a pencil
and an unused eraser
works wonders

hope that surgery
did you right
