Default Hi TK

Heck, don't feel like you're bothering the rep. It's been a huge undertaking to get this unit and you NEED it to work for you. If they can't get the amplitude up high enuf to cover the areas, then they need to get it right.
It's wierd that the programs worked right, and then when you got home, they didn't. It's also a bummer that you have to drive an hour each time you have a tweak.
I wish I had some words of wisdom.
Just keep working with the reps. There has to be some reason why the programs don't work once you get home.
Do the five programs that work do a decent job of covering?

I hope you can get to the bottom of this SOON!
