Default Advice on placement of battery

As you know my last stim was in my tummy but the surgeon now want to put the battery in my butt .. Mainly because its nowhere near where I've been infected in the past.

Ok .. Question is .. Butt buzzers, are their drawbacks? Where about a in the butt is it put? CN you not feel it sitting down?
