Unhappy SCS for neck help

I had the trial implant put in yesterday. When I went in that morning I had a severe migraine and neck pain. When they were testing it, I could feel it under my arms, in the bottom of my feet- not once in my neck and shoulders?? The Medrontic rep turned it way down; he said he did not want me to feel the buzz but it was still stimulating my spine?? I had the trial for the lumbar ( did not like it) and that was not how we used it.
When I woke up this morning, the pressure at the base of my skull and neck was excruciating.I could not look up or down without feeling like I was going to pass out from the pressure. I called and the rep said he would reprogram. Is not the whole purpose the buzz feeling where the pain is?
