well, Supermoo & all - the lip biopsy is healing pretty good ... but, the right side of the bottom lip looks black/blue ... and still swollen ... like I got some botox!! LOL

been working on projects and organizing. ... guess that's just the way it is - especially when one lives in a small apartment ...

yes, Sandy, Green Bay/De Pere would be the location .. haven't called yet to see if the HUD paperwork can be transferred from one HUD apartment to another .. or would I have to go thru the whole paperwork stuff again!

back to painting, quilting, class ...

Hi everyone! I've been working on my niece's painting all morning. I have the music blaring, singing/dancing (kind of), and painting. Life doesn't get any better than that!

Vonn - Hope that lip feels better soon. Let us know what the results are when you get them back.

Barb - LOL. I can't say how "cold" it is here. You would so laugh at me. Actually, it did get down to freezing last night so it was a little chilly this morning. Once my apt got down to 60 I had to turn the heat on. But when you go from 85 degrees one day and then 55 you feel that 30 degree drop and once the sun goes down the temps drop another 30 degrees.

Raining, flooding downtown at our riverwalk. I am so sick of rain...who prayed for this?? Cause your prayer has been answered big time
DD and her DH got in last night. He took her to downtown Chicago to celebrate her birthday today...I've been sleeping all morning again. I called the pcp to beg her to take me off of Crestor...the pain in my legs and joints is making me feel awful...I can hardly walk up and down the stairs now. This just isn't right I want to feel healthy again.

It's raining here, too. Just a really heavy mist. The heavy rain should be here tomorrow.

I went and got a few things at the grocery store and got a backup bag of candy so I'll be prepared if we get as many trick or treaters as we did last year. Don't know what happened to the first couple of bags of candy I bought a few weeks ago!

DS sent me a pic of their new sofa and their newly decorated living room. He sent it from his iphone so I'm not sure how to post it here. It looks really good. I miss him and I also miss having the police car parked in front of the house.

I got up early and never got to go back to sleep this morning so I think I'm going to take a nap. The cats have already claimed a big pile of warm, clean laundry I put on the bed (to fold). Guess I'll have to rewash it....on well.

good news: letter (and Rx) from neuro today - my liver enzymes have improved, yet still high ... so I will need to make monthly appts to have blood drawn for "liver function tests" until ... whenever!!
