Yes, very nice.
I have seen two TV commercials last year in fact with this technique....I wondered how they did it...now I know (I thought it was digital). http://isawanadtoday.wordpress.com/2...sand-painting/ This one is nice too! I agree they are very relaxing to watch. So simple...right from the hand, and very direct.

Want to know how I destress? I just go into my kitchen and start a new batch of sprouts. It's the most de-stressing thing I have ever done. I'm surrounded by all these green sprouts and when I put them in my salad and add other colorful stuff, I think I'm in my own private garden. I just imagine all the clorophyl and other good stuff going into my body and into my veins. For me...it's the best. Today I added a new sprout to my little sprout family. FLAX. lol Alan thinks I have lost my mind, BUT HE LOVES THE WAY THEY TASTE. I can do this for HOURS every night if I wanted to. Rinsing, de-hulling, etc. Putting all my various sprouts in their own lock&Lock containers. It doesn't take a lot to make me happy. But from where I USED TO BE , all stressed out, all spasming, self medicating with various food stuffs, well, to get to the point where I grow my own food in my kitchen (and the darn things taste good), well, for me, it works. Today, I actually made my own cream cheese. Can you imagine? I took some plain yogurt, put it in a hemp bag and over a few hours, the whey separates and YOU ARE LEFT WITH CREAM CHEESE. You can flavor it, or eat it as if it were sour cream. Just a bit, but oh, it's really good. And guess what else I did for the first time IN MY LIFE?? I made a sugar free, very low fat, no cholesterol cream cheese cake. Oh my goodness, it was to die for. Alan is a happy camper at the moment. I have to hide the cheesecake behind other things in fridge. That's how good it is. lol Melody P.S. Feel better
