Happy Thanksgiving everyone! At my house we eat holiday meals around noon. I'm stuffed, but all of it was really good. Time for a nap before dealing with the last of the kitchen mess.

Hello....I'm back among the living again. :o I had the worst sinus headache yesterday. I think it was a combination of this weather system coming in (rain, cold) plus my sinuses acting up. I felt terrible. Even my teeth hurt! I didn't feel like doing anything. Even eating! You know I'm not feeling well when eating hurts! :o

I hope everyone had a beautiful Thanksgiving Day yesterday. We're having our dinner on Sunday. I have my turkey breast thawing in the fridge in the garage. I'm pretty sure I have everything I need for all the side dishes. If not....I'll improvise. Not going anywhere today. It's too cold and rainy.

Everyone stay safe if you're shopping today. I'm waiting for Cyber Monday!

Good Morning/almost afternoon. It is sunny but cold here. We had a bit of snow last night, but the streets and side walks are dry. There is just a dusting left on the grass. I had never really thought about how important thumbs are until now. My finger looks pretty nasty right now. Hoping it heals soon. I made am appointment on Wednesday to get the stitches out.

SandyC 11-26-2010 12:56 PM

Morning all! I plan to do some cleaning and then maybe try and put up a few decorations. I decided to go easy upstairs because the boys are gone and not here to help drag the big tree up. So I ordered two potted trees to flank the fireplace. Yep, easy peasy.

Hope your all doing well and no one got trampled trying to shop today!!!!

Barb, hope your thumb heals quickly. Now you have the perfect excuse to let others wait on you! I'd use it!

Hi everyone...hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I overdid it on Wednesday with the cleaning/baking. Woke up yesterday feeling funky and it got worse as the day went on. Had a headache and queasy stomach. Didn't even finish my first plate of food nor had any dessert:( Still have a headache today and feel icky but not nearly as bad as yesterday. Fortunately my wonderful DIL took over and had the whole kitchen cleaned up with DS so I had no KP duties today.

Well, going to go back and rest up some more...have a great weekend!

hugs all

had a good dinner at my parents house! My dad seems tired a lot... sleeps in now till 9ish.. which is not late for some but he was always the early bird... 7am.. and twice yesterday he went up to take a catnap rest.. or maybe to get away from the crowd and noise! I did go over the other day and him and I took a walk together! tomorrow maybe I will do that bundle us after my work...

depends on me... I did not sleep a wink last night... worked 330am-1220pm.. then came home and thought I would knock right out for a nap.. layed there for hour and half not able to sleep>

Gotta research more, but weaning off baclofen.. notice some things say that can be a withdrawal affect not being able to sleep.... so my question is... they all say wean off slowly do not cut baclofen cold turkey... but nothing states what they mean by slowly... uggggggg

anyhow... hugss all, sarah who hopes to sleep later tonight as work tomorrow hugs to all

Sarah, I was taking 60 mg a day (6 piils) I reduced it by 10 mg every five days. I did not have any problems with the taper, but I already have insomnia.
