Nevermind less than 3 years ago I gave birth via C-section to this man's child and almost died (really) in a foreign hospital with nothing afterwards except Tylenol for pain, no help at home upon going home from the hospital, And I have also had laparaoscopic surgery so after two weeks of watching Charmed reruns on TV and the pitifulness of the aherm male species inability to deal with even the slightest pain, no offense Frank! LOL I am Soooo ready for Monday when he goes back to work!

GRRRR went out for dinner and mojitos(thank you Jesus) The bar ran out of mojito mix!!!!!!!!!! So I had some weird Pecos Peach thingy can't even get a dang drink!

Good Morning all :) Have my usual morning cup of coffee and watching the dark clouds start to roll into Ohio.

Sorry I didn't check in last night, but it was a busy one. We went out to dinner and I had my much deserved Margarita. ;)

My boss was cool about my leaving. She said she saw this coming. She said that she has seen me starting to struggle to keep up with everything and knew that if I felt I was more of a detriment than a help, I was going to have "the talk" with her. She's such a neat lady.

Then found out my stepmom is having surgery Monday morning to remove some nodules on her thyroid. Since she's a survivior of breast cancer and since they are not 100% bening, out they come.

Plus we're going to see my MIL. It was her b-day yesterday, so we're heading out to celebrate a little later on.

Renee, cool beans on finding a beautiful home in a good price range. Hope it works out. As to the hubby, LOL, know what you mean. I call mine a grizzly bear when he's sick or in pain.

Survived the wind and storms; did feel and sound like the house was going to blow away at times.

Felling okay today; just a little nauseated off and on from the antibiotic. Breathing is a little bit better. I am going to go into school for an hour or so. Then I will come back home and rest. It is celebration weekend here. Celebration is a arts festival with lots of music, art and crafts for sale, and food stands. I may stay away from the food this year:vomit2: :D It is much colder here today.

Sandy, do you have any second hand furniture shops around you? You might be able to find something there and just get a new mattress.

thought I was going to go sailing tho last night - sounded like siding was being ripped off .. that would be good - then I don't have to do it when I go to fix it up this summer! LOL

watched a DVD: Facing the Giants .. about a HS football coach and his team - it's a good 'christian' movie ... made me realize that I don't have to fight the giants alone (paying my bills, getting out of debt, finding a better place, building my lighthouse, getting a vehicle with NO payments) ... am I asking for too much?? me gotz giants ... need Kay to help me cage 'em .. she's good at that!!

Spent the day at the beach under an umbrella,big floppy hat in place, came home with every orifice caked in sand and two brown kiddies! Fixed a pitcher of mojito's God I love those! LOL If you couldn't tell. And it is so blazing hot in this house I am fixing to turn the air on! Happy Saturday!!
