Went back to the doctors this morning and they now have dx me with walking pneumonia, allergies, and possible sinus and ear infections. Yeah -- more meds to take. :(

The house Renee wants is beautiful and makes me sick at how reasonable the price is. This only makes me want to move south even more!

Sandy-looks like September is the magical month, called the bank today and and got a pre-qualification quote on how much they will lend me...of course the house I want falls well below that mark but it never hurts to check!

well, I've been downsizing and cleaning out my tin-condo and storage unit to bring gobs of stuff to Goodwill ... and my things-to-do list ... I had places to go and things to get and cans/bottles to recycle ...

went over to Goodwill - and unloaded all the stuff except the microwave (and it WORKS) ..they still didn't want it ...

so I filled out my little donation slip and left ... got about 5 minutes away and wondered where my 'clipboard' with my list was ... after going to the store (thinking that maybe I didn't bring it along) ... I thought, heck - I'll stop and ask the guy ...

sure enough .. he had already sorted it and tossed all the papers .. I asked if I could still get the clipboard back - he wasn't sure .. but went and looked for it ..

TA-DA .. found it ... no papers .. but the ugly brown board ... I laughed and said that NOW I can start my life over!! thank you!! :highfive:

We're ok so far. The clouds are going by so fast that it's hard to see if a funnel developed. I was just on my back porch taking the awning down off my swing and I almost blew away!

Hey, anyone have a bed, mattress and dresser for sale in Illinois? I need to furnish mom's room. :-) Oh my how expensive things have become!
