hey there...yes my ankles in morning usually are achey like they feel they could break ...then when start walking around a bit they loosen up and are fine...but these past few days...they havent worked out to the fine part during day...just stayed achey...same with wrists...and the one wrist truely feels that if I am not careful with it...something could snap....so I skipped golfing now twice:( and also esentually why I called the dr office....but dont go in till next friday... but the neurontin is helping the stiffness stuff (maybe spasticity) and the tingling pain I usually get often...yeahhhhh Nae Nae, HUGSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS and more HUGSSsss sorry, but one good think if you realize it now, and not get together for while then it starts....maybe better overall....plus as Sandy said he is the one losing out...totally losing out on a good thing..hugssssssssssss Anyhow...I didnt have a wine cooler..hehe had dinner with the kids...had some blueberrys to snack on...now having a bit of that DD coffee..since we talked about it..I had to brew some hehehehehehe hugss to all, and to all a good night, hehe, luv, sarah |

:D we'd never forget a baby bird... they're too noisy. this was one of a batch of eggs given to us by a neighbor to incubate... we put them in last week, and fired it up, on the shelf behind mi esposo's desk. 21 days in the little styrofoam thingie, and baby chickies hatch. well, one of the eggs Elito brought was ROTTEN. like, sulfurous, stinky, bad, smelly, disgusting, gross, and awfully horrid-smelling. "Last one in's a rotten EGG !!" http://everything2.com/?node_id=1720003 :p |

usually, it only lasts for a short while, but when I'm coming down with a bug, it can last for half an hour or more, ugh !! happens when I sit too long at the desk too... so, I go and lay on the bed, on my back, with a strategically-placed pillow, and put my legs up in the air, and gently stretch my legs, alternately pointing my toes, and stretching my calves... that helps the stiff and achey fade faster, I think. if it's really bad, sometimes a warm shower loosens things up. hugs to you, dear, and have fun with the kiddos... every time I read your posts, I miss snuggling my wee ones. but they're all TALLER than me now (29, 25, and 24), and far away... :sigh: so, treasure your snuggles, dear... |

Thanks Cayo for the leg tips...yes usually goes away once I get downstairs and walk about a bit...but lately stiff and achey for a while...some even thru work....thanks for the stretchin ideas.....:)
funny, anytime I mention sxs of mine..so many here relate....but hey neuros say not neurological...hehehe and every darn dr I have had otherwise...be it a ENT, a neuropyschologist, a PT, a pcp....all will ask, hey have you seen a neuro..or hey have you been tested for MS.....oh well... hugssss, sarah |
well, Sarah, I was told that it was all in my head, and that I should get some counselling, and that reading about MS was causing me to HAVE the symptoms I was reading about.
that was from 1988 to 1992... and the doctor's attitude and opinion kept me from diagnosis and treatment for five years. five years of mysterious sx and worries was no fun, but honestly, when I finally got my dx, I was RELIEVED to learn that I really did have MS, and wasn't off my rocker. strange how that works, eh? so, what are they thinking now with you? fibromyalgia? vitamin B deficiency? Lyme? sorry I forget with all this cogfog... :p:o:p |
