Happy anniversary Jenn and dear hubby!!! Hope the day goes well for you and tonight is wonderful. :hug:

Renee, you gave me flashbacks! I still wish someone would make a good tool for women to go to the bathroom in a bush. lol

I have to finish laundry today and sweep the pet hair off the floors. That's about it. We're going to my cousin's birthday party tomorrow. Hannah Montana babay! lol

Talked with my mom today and she is bored. She talks my head off! Good thing I had some coffee in me! lol I'll miss that someday I am sure.

Have a good day everyone! It's so beautiful here in the 70's.

I carry mini-packs of kleenex, a stack of folded TP in an old Altoids can (to keep it clean 'n' dry), and a travel pack of baby wipes, plus spare undies.

I keep a "set" like that (in a quart Zip-Lock baggie)... one in my fanny pack, one in my purse, and one in the truck glove box.

also in the truck, my emergency kit (in a cloth bag that zips, and doubles as a pillow) containing 2 complete changes of clothes, (warm & cool) a quart water bottle, Meclizine, Benadryl, a Swiss Army knife, a collapsible umbrella, and my trusty ankle Ace brace.

yeah, I was a Girl Scout, what can I say?

:D

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to Jenn & Esposo !!

that reminds me... my sweetie and I are a good match too !!

HIS kit is even bigger than mine, with water, fuses, jack, bungee cords, rope, flares, maps, oil, brake fluid, jumper cables, blah blah blah...

:hug:

Kay, you are such a wealth of information!! I love looking at the websites you post.

Happy Anniversary Jenn and DH! You guys were babies when you got married! Well, I can't say anything...I was only 20 when I got married.

Vonn - glad you got your bed put together. Where've you been sleeping??

I went grocery shopping this morning and bought for a month. Spent $250 which I think is good considering the cost of food. I had a ton of coupons.....$68 worth to be exact. Plus, I was very organized, had menus planned and bought from the sale ad. Matt has today off so he took me. It's so nice to have help loading and unloading....actually, he loads and unloads everything then I put it all away. It was fun shopping with him - he was very talkative this morning and had me laughing at some of his police adventure stories (criminals are so stupid!) .

Kevin's girlfriend is having a birthday party for him at her house tomorrow afternoon. Matt and I will go but I won't be able to stay long. It's a cookout and will be outside. We'll stay for an hour or so but Kevin knows I can't take the heat.

Tricia, I hope Shannon is feeling much better today. Any luck with the state insurance? I can imagine what a headache that must be especially when trying to get healthcare for your child.

Joelle, you have carpeting in your garage?? I'm sure you've told me this before - sorry but my memory isn't what it used to be!! I've been blessed when it comes to my cats. They've never peed or pooped anywhere but the litter box. But...Tigger is a bit spoiled when it comes to his "potty". He will sit beside it if there is anything in it when he goes to use it. When I walk in he's looking at me like "ummmm....there's stuff in my box. You expect me to work around it?" :D I'm guilty of spoiling them, though. What else do I have to do? :o

Sandy, good luck sweeping the pet hair. Gracie sheds something terrible. Her fur blows around like tumbleweed if I don't vacuum everyday. :rolleyes:

Okay, it's naptime. I'm worn out from my big outing this morning.....isn't that pathetic....grocery shopping is my big outing and it wears me out.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. :grouphug:

LOL, I almost forgot it was Friday today. Popular day for people to go out. I just called and made a reservation at the resturant so we won't be standing there for an hour. :rolleyes:

Finished up hubby's present. Been putting it off since my detail work is "blah", but at least the blob on there kinda looks like a motorcycle. :D He gets first look, so I'll probably add it to my albulm tomorrow.

Can't believe I have the windows open today and there's a cool breeze. Thank goodness for small miracles! I haven't felt this good in awhile, so think all the stuff that's been going on has been due to the heat.

~~~~~
Vonn, glad to hear the bed has been put together. :yahoo:
Kay, great travel kit! I need to get something like that together.
Sandy, LOL. I know the whole thing about parents talking your head off. If it's a slow day at my dad's house, I'm on the phone forever. :D
