Wow, Frank, I hope Deb gets better soon. That must have been one heck of a stomach flu you two shared! I hope she's able to come home tomorrow but it's going to take some time for her to get her strength back. Tell her I'm thinking of her and sending healing vibes her way!!

I shall pass on your thoughts, I'm a bit hesitant to say she will get out tomorrow too. if she had no potassium, thats not good, lol mine wasnt too good either, but like i told doc she jsut started this job and she has to get back asap I am not that worried about me I will be fine

yeah I razzed her about what a wonderful way to spend our first day of our tenth year of marriage lol yeah i love doing that to her.

we eat bananas and take our vitamins so its kind of weird

I had that one last week, for six days...

my online pal who's a nurse told me to do the BRAT diet...

bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast.

well, we GROW bananas, so that's easy, and rice is a main staple here, but applesauce? there's no apples in Belize, and tortillas instead of bread.

luckily, the local tienda sells canned applesauce, and hubby baked baguettes (little loaves of French bread) for me.
