Renee, Fingers are crossed for you, hun. Hope it goes well.

Kay, Cool pic. I still dress up for halloween when I give treats out. The kids love it.

Not doing too hot tonight. Pushed a little too hard. We went out to dinner and then the bookstore. Had fun, but hit that wall a little sooner than expected. Oy Vay! I wish that endurance level would stop moving. At least I can't say it's boring, LOL

Default RE: More Studio Pics

And this is the adjoining bathroom that I also had to re-do. The artwork on the walls is that of the former tenant, who was a graffiti artist. I had to preserve his wall paintings!!

Carolyn, Too cool! Thanks for sharing the pics of your studio.

~~~~
Good morning all. Have my morning cup of coffee this morning. LOL, I am sure going to miss having one tomorrow.
Go see the urologist (sp?) later this morning. Hopefully can talk about the stuff that's been going on.
I hope everyone has a great day today.
Carolyn- way cool on the studio congrats girlie! How was the opening?
Tkrik- Well TERESA! LMAO inside joke people.......an ALJ hearing is a hearing before an adjudicated law judge....for disability...its what happens when SSI keeps denying your butt....my biggest problem was lack of documentation from my Dutch neuro...hopefully now new neuro has covered me!
Kay-you have to keep them all crossed until about noon on April first....hubby is in for a dry spell LOL!
Jenn- sorry you feel so yucky...crossing my fingers doc can help you out!
Disaster at my house!!!! Ok first I have a 2 inch gap under my BRAND NEW garage door,hacked me off,called the company...they will be back tomorrow.
Also, and I think I ahve mentioned before we are renting this house because we were only going to be here a year....I moved my couches last night in the den...where we have cherry hardwoods (brand new ones put in before we moved in) and what do I see TWO black circles!!!! I have those felt slippers on the bottom of all of my furniture so the floor doesn't get scratched...well at some point two on one side must have gotten wet! Now I am facing possibly having to replace the hardwood floors!!
Fin - Don't you hate it when that happens? Maybe today you can rest a bit.
Renee - Thanks! That must be so difficult and such a pain. Documentation is so important and I'm sorry your Dutch doc was not too good at it. Hopefully things will work out this time and you will get SSDI.
That is a major bummer about the garage door and the floor! At least the garage door is an easy fix. The floor . . .Is it real wood or wood laminate? Either way it may not be as bad as it seems. If it's real wood then it probably wasn't treated properly when it was put in. Wood laminate is easy because that piece or pieces can be popped out and replaced.
Carolyn - Thanks for the pictures. I love it that you kept the old tenants graffiti art. That's cool.
~~~~~~
Today I hope to finish up 2 paintings that I worked on yesterday. I made a big mistake last night!!!! UGH! There is a point where you should quit working on it and pick it back up later. I went a little beyond that point and screwed up one of them. It's fixable but I now have to re-think the design a little. Dang it! At least it's an abstract and I can alter the design.

Don't you hate that when painting??? I hate it when I push it to the point there si no going back and it ends up in the bin! Unfortunately they are real wood floors! My housekeeper is here she is going to see if she can't work some magic!

Renee, ugh. Sorry to hear about the garage and floor. Hope she can work some magic too.

TK, Sorry to hear about the painting. Glad it's not a complete disaster. I've had a few of those, so understand.
