Carolyn - Smart idea about the frig and microwave. Please post pics when you get it all done. I would love to see it. I wish I was closer so I could go to the big opening.

Alyson - Sorry you're already having a rough day. I hope things get better for you.

Well, DBF's kitty is here and running around this morning going nuts. LOL. She's such a playful little thing. I thought cats outgrew this phase. Guess not. She's such a cuddler though. Every night she jumps on DD16's bed and cuddles with her and then comes in my room and cuddles with me. She just purrs and purrs.

I hope everyone has a great day.

Tricia my oldest cat (Gracie) is 5 and she still get's crazy at times - although not as much as she used to. She's the cat in my avatar. She's huge - weighs about 23 pounds!!

I think the younger one (Tigger) gets her going. He has more energy than she does - plus he's about 12 pounds lighter so I'm sure that helps!!

They just get a "wild hair" sometimes and race around the house - sounds like a herd of horses!

Today isn't too bad...so far. It must be full moon syndrome or something but it's been the strangest week at work! LOL Lots of laughs and joking around, which I live for, but there's a tension in the air as well.

Looks like the next couple of weeks are going to be nuts at work and may have to do some OT. Not looking forward to it and hoping my ON cooperates and fatigue is kept to a bare minimum. A little ticked that we have a supposedly full time employee who probably hasn't worked a full week since she's been here. So...the others - read my supervisor and myself - have to pick up the slack. Sigh. Oh well.

I really need to get back to work - yeah, I'm at work - heading off to the coffee pot.

Hope everyone has a great day!

lol, my kitty's REALLY old (rescued, had her for a decade, so we're not sure, maybe 15?) and she STILL tears 'round the house like she's on CRACK!

here she is, perched at her favorite birdwatching spot:

we brought her to Belize overland, a week's drive, and she's a happy kitty, but we don't allow her outside at all, since she wouldn't know what to do with a tarantula, or a boa constrictor.

here's your morning bit o' amusement, to cheer you up, Alyson!

Maggie on her nest:

Kay, love the pics of your animals!

Aly and Sarah, (((HUGS))) sorry you're not feeling good.

Carolyn, getting the good pins and needles waiting for your studio to open. Hope it goes well!

~~~
If I missed anyone, sorry. It's a foggy day for me. LOL.
Got work and see the knee doc again. Hope he's still impressed with my knee's recovery from falling off the motorcycle.
I'll leave the plate of donuts and cookies for you all to munch on. Have a great day everyone!
Kay,
I LOVE the pics of all your animals! I would so love to live in the environment you are in - looks like a tropical paradise. And being able to have all those "critters" - well, it would be paradise for me!!
Thanks for sharing them with us - let us know when the bunny has babies!
LOL
You will have to patient and wait to hear what Renee gets in the mail. Gosh, I hope she likes it. I talked with the powers that be today and they are adding a little sumthin' sumthin' to it.
Just got off the phone with my oldest who couldn't get his key to turn in the steering wheel. He was freaking out. After about ten minutes it started. It has a locking thingy on it so I had to walk him through it. He was about to lose his cool and that would mean breakage...haha!
OK, so on the agenda today...do some laundry, wait for UPS to pick up an envelope for the mobility place and pay some bills. Dare I say I will also exercise a little..if my body remembers. LOL
