Hey Frank!! Let me be frank with Frank!! You must have a great memory to be able to remember all the names you do.

I'm doing ok although having a great deal of trouble with my breathing still. Hope you are doing well.

Weather is great here today 7C and sunny. Gives the old spirits a lift.
