'Nuther one: I will not eat ANYTHING that is swimming or has floated in a can of mushroom soup. ACK! What a crummy thing to do to innocent food!

more to love:

Cold Meatloaf sandwich with mayo, sweet gerkins on white bread.

OMG - my Mom used to make this. But she sort of crumbled up the leftover meatloaf and made it into a spread with mayo and sweet pickles. Put it on fresh Sunbeam white bread and it was sooooo good.

I have not met anyone who serves meatloaf sandwiches that way - people look at me like I have three heads when I tell them how we fix it.

Most people just slice it, put it between two slices of bread with ketchup on it.

I'm so glad someone else likes this.......

Here am I redecorating my spare bedroom for you, and you don't eat tomatoes?

We'll fix that, I'm sure

I actually grow tomatoes from seed! I just do not eat them. LOL

As a matter of fact, that is what I am doing this weekend - planting the seeds, wrapping them in plastic and up on the refrigerator they go until germination. Then, it is under grow lights for the next 6 weeks! I am told I grow a pretty good tomato. This year, I am growing Early Girl.

I do this with peppers too and I will start the cucumbers in mid-May.

Keep that room ready!!

Yuck -
Church Jello - This is gelatin (rarely ever Jello brand gelatin) that someone has attempted to try and dress up by dumping things like cottage cheese curds, mayo and/or vegetables into it.

Blood Pudding - All I can say is - why? If you ever see anything on a banquet table at a - pig in a pit in the ground, roast. Word of warning that is not, I repeat CAUTION not red Jello.

Yum -
Mashed Potaotes (lump free, skin free) and Brown (vegitarian) Gravy
Amy's Vegan Enchiladas, Rice and Black Bean Frozen Dinners
Silk Brand Soy Egg Nog
Tomatoes
Prawns
Porcini Mushrooms
Strawberries (especially freeze dried)
Scarlet Runner Beans
Flan with Carmel Sauce
Cherries
Blackberries
Fire and Ice Sorbet
Baba ganoush
Sturgeon with Raspberry Sauce
Capers
True Cod
Homemade Peach Preserves
