I saw this on the news this morning and thought to myself "that looked like a person flying by" and it turns out it was!!! OMG, was he okay? I couldn't get the video you attached to play.

thank you cindy I must have something blocking it but i did find it on youtube.... What a complete idiot, i mean i hope he survives but then some one should give him a ticket for being stupid, once insurance comp sees that they are not going to pay for his bills,
