Alan and I laugh every single morning when we get up. BECAUSE WE GOT UP. Alan was just moaning "oh my bones, I feel every inch of my 61 years".

I stood next to him and we did it together. Moving our arms, stretching this way and that (nothing too painful), just getting the blood going and the joints going

I said "that's not the way you do it". Then I started doing MC HAMMER'S HAMMER TIME. I looked absolutely ridiculous, but Alan laughed out loud and for a minute his pain vanished and we had a good time.

We are now going out to breakfast.

Hey, you can do it HARD, or you can do it EASY.

I prefer to have as much fun as I can while doing it EASY.

And I have my little 3 lb dumbells that I use.

I don't kill myself but I do my little workouts and they seem to help my arthritis.

I can't have this man thinking he's married to Ma Kettle now can I??

I got a few years left in me. Don't know where they are hiding, but they're there!!!
