Hope all of you are doing well...I wore shorts today...it is very warm. I also had to take Sugar to the vet for my sis. Someone shot her with a pellet and shattered her front leg...two weeks in a splint and then a cast if the wound is healed. Bandage has to be changed daily...my sis in on a mini vacation.

She is in the spare bed with food, water and a warm blankie her Auntie put her on. She jumps on three legs and never makes a sound...I could learn from her...

Sandy, LOL! Love the snowman. Yep, that's about the way I feel. :D

COK, awww. Sorry to hear about sugar.

Frank, love the UPS truck.

Everyone, :grouphug::grouphug:

Good morning my lil angel darlins! I hope all of you are safe, especially those in these storms!

I was up at 1am because Sugar was howling...she got her splint off...oh yeah, she it a small kitty. I put on new bandage, gave her some pain med and she went back and flopped down. She is still jumpin all over the bed...she was actually playful this morning. People and pellet guns..Urrrg:mad:

My grandson was given a BB gun, I had to explain that you don't shoot birds. Yesterday when he saw Sugar, he really understood, he promised from now on he would shoot inanimate things. He is only 6...I never let my kids have toy guns. I taught my son how to fish and hunt when he was very young.

He was almost 7 when he got his first shot gun...and he always has been very careful.

Working on my first cup of coffee...yeah, I know its gonna burn, but I need it this morning. The hernia was rough last night, all pain but I made it through...
Take care today...pray for those in these bad storms

"Illinois, where our governors make our license plates"

Here's another great Christmas song.

To the tune of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen"

Get packin', Rod Blagojevich

The state's in disarray

The Tribune wants you unemployed

At least by Christmas Day.

The TV pundits want your head

Could there be pay to play?

Oh, tidings of comfort and joy

Save Illinois!

Oh, tidings of comfort and joy.

Good riddance Rod Blagojevich

Your Elvis look's inane,

The Senate's mad, so's Lisa's dad.

You drive us all insane.

Our transit's bro ke, the state's a joke,

The Tollway's one big pain.

Oh, tidings of comfort and joy

Save Illinois!

Oh, tidings of comfort and joy.

Good luck old Rod Blagojevich

The feds have quite a place.

Fitzgerald's poked his nose around

And if he has a case,

George Ryan's moving stuff around

Creating extra space.

Oh, tidings of comfort and joy

Save Illinois!

Oh, tidings of comfort and joy.

Good morning everyone!

Momma - Poor Sugar! I hope she starts feeling better soon.

Fin - Have fun meeting up with Barb today.

Frank - That is funny! LOL I got a kick out of that.

Graphic People - Your graphics made me laugh this morning.

Hi everyone else! Hope you all have a great weekend.

Much to do today. Never made it to DBF's yesterday. I was working on some projects and don't like to leave my house with things left undone. My drafting table was a craft nightmare! Therefore, I stayed home and cleaned it all up.

Today, is laundry day at DBF's and the rest of the projects that I have planned. I am waiting for DD17 to wake up and then we will be on our way.

But I don't want to clean....:(. Cleaning lady didn't come this week. She always comes on Thursday so that I can usually keep up with it until Sunday. Then I do too much and fall apart and then Monday hits...Krista my daughter 22 was going to try but she works at her two jobs everyday this week and when not working she sleeps.
Christmas tree up but it doesn't feel like its just next week. I guess I need to start playing some Christmas music...I'm too moody for music...memories. I need to stop my pitty party....
