Do southern owls have accents? Of course they do. I think it's something like

"HuuuuuuOOOOO HuuuuuOOOOO Y'aaaaaAAAAll" (said very slowly and turning the "oo" into TWO distinct different syllables!)

At least, that's my displaced Northerner now living in the South assumption.
