people thought I was freakin' NUTS to move to the tropics with MS. but I have found (4 year anniversary coming up in a couple of weeks!) that the warmth eases the stiffness, and keeps me relaxed, so overall, I have a LOT less spasticity. I just have to be very careful during the heat of May and June... and stay in the hammock a lot. but winter here is pure heaven for me!
