I laugh every day and often. I laugh at myself and also at ridiculous situations. If you laugh at your frustrations it can make them easier to take sometimes.

Take irony for instance... you can find it in so many situations and if you laugh at it, it can diffuse stress. It's my secret to sanity.

I keep listening to the "laugh therapy" and Im sure it works, but, something weird happen to me...

Everytime I laugh, or feel happy, something inside me tell me "stop doing it, you have to be sad because you have problems to solve..."
Any ideas to help me enjoying the moment ?

Today I laughed after watching a James Blunt video I took last week with my cell phone where he jumps into the crowd !!!

I'd be totally lost without my sense of humor..I'm working with the GPS as it is.. I was feeling crummy today (steroids do that), until my son called. He's such a goof. He can always make me laugh, and I told him his call was the bright spot of the day (probably the week)..Hearing him so happy makes all my troubles disappear!
