Talking Take a look at this butterfly :)

Hi,
I had a HUGE caterpillar in my garden a few weeks ago. It was not quite chocolate brown, and it had a voracious appetite. It ate a lot of my grape leaves...

It's a kind of butterfly that likes a plant that's a lot like celery, but I can never remember the plant's name. It grows about 6 feet tall.

I planted those plants for this kind of butterfly, and the yellow ones, but the butterflies never seemed to see the plants. I hadn't realized when I planted them that they were a bit under trees... like my ponderosa and my little pear.

Well, when I found the caterpillar I was so delighted. I took him/her a bit of the plant, but that didn't seem interesting to the caterpillar.

To give you an idea, the caterpillar was about as large as my index finger.

Okay, so this butterfly is really friendly. It sort of bobs around me when I come outside. And it let me get really close to it to take pictures. (I wish it had found a prettier place to alight. If I weren't so shaky I could have gotten a totally superb photo.

Question: How long do you think it takes a big caterpillar like that to turn into a butterfly? Do you think this butterfly could be that catterpillar from only a few weeks ago?

Hi Curious,
I am so so so glad you looked at this thread. I have been thinking about you and your boxer and how super your boxer looked against the wood background.

Well, I think the butterfly heard me... I went out to take more photos, and it sort of upped and flew over to the fence!

Hi Ponyboy --
while I was outside a moment ago I realized that you were kidding me.

I am a bit slow. I should have responded with an LOL.

Thank you for taking a look at the picture.

Hi Monarch, I saw you in some forum today, and I was thinking about Monarch butterflies. You must like butterflies, too.

I'm sorry to disappoint.

The butterfly in my garden doesn't have the spectacular color, but it has been very friendly. At least it seems friendly...

Thank you consider this. I've been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and the b 12 vitamin/nail info makes so much sense. Keep up on spreading the important information. I started taking 5 mg's of b 12 like 4 days ago. I did my own research and you're info just completed some of my questions. Thanks!

Hi,
You are very welcome.

Did you happen to read that newspaper story from England that I have posted?

It's totally amazing.
http://www.health-boundaries-bite.co...MPRESSIVE.html

I'm really glad to hear that you chose the 5mg ones.

The other thing you might take a look at is hydrochloric acid. There are some people who shouldn't take it because of how it would interact with things, but if you don't have those problems... I have them listed on my web page but I can't remember them... then it's very useful.

I just read some research that was talking about how a small amount of stomach acid keeps h.pylori in check. h.pylori is a fungal type growth (oh dear, I don't really remember clearly what it is, except that it's not good) that stops our bodies from getting B12 out of food, and magnesium out of food...

Well, thank you so much for writing.
