Question regarding reporting changes to SSA.

Found the booklet. Unless there are different booklets out there,mine doesn't state that hospitizations must be reported. It mentions whenever a change that might effect your benefits,then contact SSA. So I guess if your condition worsens you aren't suppose to contact them because you are receiving benefits anyways.
